Annual Easter Egg Hunt
Usually held a week before Easter. The Easter Bunny is always in attendance, so don't forget your camera and a bag or basket for collecting the eggs. We have five age groups for the hunting of Easter eggs: 1-2 · 3-4 · 5-6 · 7-9 · 10-12. Donuts, coffee, milk and juice are usually provided. If canceled due to bad weather you will be advised in The Estates Update™.

Semi Annual Garage Sale
Usually held in Spring and Fall. You will be advised of dates in The Estates Update™.

Annual Fall Park Party
Usually held in October at our Estates Park. H.O.A cooks burgers, chicken, etc. Residents are asked to bring potluck, salads, desserts, appetizers, etc. Beer and soft drinks are usually provided. You will be advised of the date in The Estates Update™.
